This policy explains what information the Eyco Technology website at eycotechnology.com collects, and how we handle the information you choose to send us.
Who we are
This website is run by Eyco Technology LLC ("Eyco Technology", "we", "us"), a software company based in South Florida.

What information we collect
The website itself does not collect personal information. It has no accounts or sign-up, and it does not track visitors.
Contact form. The contact form does not send anything to us. When you press "Send message", it only opens your own email app with a message filled in from what you typed. Nothing is sent unless you then send that email yourself. If you do, we receive what you included: usually your name, email address, company and message, and anything else you add.
Hosting. This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Static Web Apps). Like any web server, it automatically records standard technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages requested. Microsoft uses these server logs to run and secure the service.
Domain name. Cloudflare provides the DNS for our domain name. If you visit the www address (www.eycotechnology.com), Cloudflare receives that request, including technical information such as your IP address, and redirects you to eycotechnology.com. The pages themselves are served by Microsoft Azure, not through Cloudflare.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising.
If you choose a language with the English · Español switcher, your browser saves that choice as one item in its local storage, named eyco-locale, with the value en or es. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is used only to open the site in the language you chose. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
When you open the home page, the site may also read your browser's preferred language to show the page in English or Spanish. This is not stored or sent to us.
How we use the information you send us
We use the information in your email to reply to your inquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to continue that business conversation.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information.
Our service providers are Google Workspace, which hosts our email, so your message is stored there; Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website; and Cloudflare, which provides our domain name service.
We disclose information only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your emails while we are discussing or working with you. If an inquiry is unanswered or closed, we delete it after 2 years, or sooner if you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Send your request through our contact form.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. We don't track visitors, so this website works the same whether or not your browser sends it.
No third party collects information through this website about your activity over time or across other websites.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
